If you send an email or letter request, please include your full name, address, phone number and email address and indicate specifically what type of marketing communication(s) (for example, email, direct mail and / or phone) you wish to stop receiving. This helps identify you correctly in Security Exchange systems so our staff can accurately process your request.

Security Exchange will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out of receiving marketing communications. Please note that due to production, mailing and system timelines, in order to remove you from Security Exchange marketing lists, it may take up to ten business days for emails, 30 calendar days for phone calls and six weeks for direct mail.

Until the change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us.

Also, please note that even though you may have requested not to receive future marketing communications, you may still receive business-related communications such as appointment confirmation calls, billing information or other organization-related communications. In addition, opting out of Security Exchange marketing communications does not impact your marketing preferences with the Security Exchange parent company.
